This is a timed, Online-only Auction. This auction will utilize a "SOFT CLOSE". Bidding within the last 5 minutes before the closing of the real estate will extend the bidding time by an additional 5 minutes. This prevents individuals from placing a bid on the property at the last second in order to prevent others from bidding more. Property sold "As Is, Where Is," with no warranty or guarantees, expressed or implied, by the seller or Ruhter Auction & Realty, Inc.
