Auction Method: This property will be offered in 3 tracts. There will be no combinations and all 3 tracts will close simultaneously at the conclusion of the auction.

Property Location: From Archer go 2 miles west on Q Road. Or from the intersection of Hwy 281 & 92 south of St. Paul go 14 miles east on Hwy 92 to 7th Rd, then 1 ½ miles south. (From the Palmer spur go 4 miles east on Hwy 92 to 7th Rd, then 1 ½ miles south)

 

Tract #1

Legal Description: West Half, Northeast Quarter (W ½, NE ¼) & Southeast Quarter (SE ¼) & Southeast Quarter, Southwest Quarter (SE ¼, SW ¼) all in Section Twenty-four (24), Township Fourteen North (T14N), Range Eight West (R8W) of the 6th P.M. Merrick County, Nebraska 278.57 acres more or less.

Description: This tract has 197.98 acres of farmland mostly pivot and gravity irrigated. 30 acres of prairie hay meadow. 43.75 acres of pasture with habitat and a home built in 1940.
