June 9 & 10, 2012- Nebraska Auctioneers 64^th Annual Convention

Hastings, Nebraska June 14, 2012- Ruhter Auction & Realty, Inc. was awarded first place in the 64^th annual Nebraska Auctioneers Convention advertising competition held in Kearney, Nebraska.

With all members of the Nebraska Auctioneers Association eligible to compete, Ruhter Auction & Realty, Inc. was awarded first place in the website division of the advertising contest. This website was recognized as a leader in auction promotion, the first step in conducting a successful auction. The auction method of marketing has become most prominent in this time of historically high farmland values.
