Open House Dates: Wednesday, November 13th, 5:00pm-6:30pm & Sunday, November, 24th, 1:00pm-3:00pm.

Possession: Full possession for the 2014 crop year will be granted.

Terms: A payment equal to 20% of the purchase price will be due the day of the auction. The balance will be due on or before December 20, 2013 by cash, certified funds or a direct wire transfer to the closing agent. The 2013 and all prior taxes will be paid by the sellers. Title insurance will be split equally between the buyer and the seller. All equipment and improvements sell in “as is” condition. Buyer of Tract #6 will have landlord possession at closing with full possession on February 1, 2014.
