The North One-Half of the Northeast Quarter (N ½ NE ¼) of Section Eighteen (18), Township Seven North (T7N), Range Eleven West (R11W) of the 6^th P.M., Adams County, Nebraska except a tract known as Nienueser Acres consisting of 6.5610 acres in the northeast corner of the subject.
