The North One-Half of the Northeast Quarter (N ½ NE ¼) of Section Eighteen (18), Township Seven North (T7N), Range Eleven West (R11W) of the 6th P.M., Adams County, Nebraska except a tract known as Nienueser Acres consisting of 6.5610 acres in the northeast corner of the subject. (72.219 acres more or less).

This is predominantly a rolling grass pasture with approximately 8.25 acres of non-irrigated farm land in the southeast corner of the property. There are good 4 wire fences around the pasture land.
